- Shake well before each use to ensure proper mixing of ingredients.
- Clean the area first: For best results, cleanse the wound with Vetericyn Plus Wound & Skin Care Liquid to remove debris and prepare the wound bed.
- Prepare the site: Remove excess hair from around the wound; clip if necessary to expose the area.
- Apply the hydrogel: Adjust the spray nozzle and saturate the affected area thoroughly. The gel sprays as a fine mist and instantly gels on contact.
- Reapply 3–4 times daily or as needed to keep the wound moist but not overly wet.
- For bandaged wounds: Saturate the dressing with hydrogel at each change to maintain moisture and prevent sticking.
- No rinsing required—safe to leave on and safe if licked
